Please fill out this form upon installation of your new pump/valve to start your 90 day warranty from the install date. If we do not receive your pump/valve registration, your unit will still be covered under our standard warranty; the first 90 days after shipment.  If you wish to return a defective pump/valve for warranty analysis, please contact us for an RGA Number.
