The Erdman® Lock and Keeper is designed to properly place and fasten your lock and keepers in a time-efficient, cost-effective manner. This semi-automated machine allows the operator to manually load the lock and keeper into the appropriate fixtures then place the checkrail into the screw driving location. Once the check sensor is actuated, then the automatic clamping and screw driving functions will commence. With the completion of the screw driving cycle; the machine will unclamp and the end stops will retract allowing the operator to remove the completed assembly.
