offers a state of the art servo control system utilizing Erdman’s Fluid Metering technologies to provide a consistent diameter bead of sealant to your product at speeds up to 30" /sec. This machine control will allow almost any operator to reliably and consistently apply a properly proportioned bead of sealant.

Hand Assist Glazer/ Glass Lay-in Combination

Erdman® Sealant application machines are available to perform hot, cold, and two-part applications and can be set up for bead sizes from .060" up to 1" in diameter. Real payback is realized through the reduction of waste, cleanup, and defective product. Patents pending. 

Vertical Hand Assist Glazer

The Erdman® Vertical Hand Assist Glazer is designed and built to not only fit your application but also your plant. This ergonomic semi-automated glazer utilizes half the floor space of a horizontal table. It fits perfectly with the easel line method of processing frames and glass vertically. The sight line of the bead is better, giving you the added bonus of actually seeing yourself apply a uniform bead of sealant. Reduces rejections due to improper bedding/glazing.
