Commercial Frame Assembly

Our Frame Assembly Stations are built to your specifications. Our heavy-duty machines are equipped with ball screws to offer a closer tolerance, higher precision and higher clamping pressure to your application. We also offer and optional vertical feed hopper w/ escapements that provides automatic loading of sash/frame parts or fasteners. Each machine is perfect as a stand alone, but can also be integrated into any conveying system or extended assembly process. 

Commercial Pressure Roll Down

• Heavy duty commercial framework with roll down head
• A load cell will continuously read out the down pressure on control panel
• Warning light will notify the operator if the pressure is not correct
• X and Y gantry breaks to assure operator rolls in proper position
