Please fill out this form upon installation of your new hose to start your 90 day warranty from the install date. If we do not receive your hose registration, your unit will still be covered under our standard warranty; the first 90 days after shipment.  If you wish to return a defective hose for warranty analysis, please contact us for an RGA Number.
