The Erdman® Horizontal Hand Assist Glazer
The Erdman® Hand Assist Glazing Table offers a state-of-the-art servo control system utilizing Erdman's fluid metering technologies to provide a consistent bead of sealant to your product at speeds up to 30"/sec. This machine control will allow any operator to reliably and consistently apply a properly proportioned bead of sealant. Reduces waste up to 85% and clean up as much as 95%
The Erdman® Vertical Hand Assist Glazer is designed and built to not only fit your application but also your plant. This ergonomic semi-automated glazer utilizes half the floor space of a horizontal table. It fits perfectly with the easel line method of processing frames and glass vertically. The sight line of the bead is better, giving you the added bonus of actually seeing yourself apply a uniform bead of sealant. Reduces rejections due to improper bedding/glazing.
Erdman® Sealant application machines are available to perform hot, cold, and two-part applications and can be set up for bead sizes from .060" up to 1" in diameter. Real payback is realized through the reduction of waste, cleanup, and defective product. Patents pending.
