Erdman® Grille Application Machine
The Erdman® Grille Application Machine is a semi-automated machine that is designed to aid the operator in proper placement of cut to length grilles.
The operator will select the size, style and grille pattern. The machine will clamp the product and the base will move to the first location. There are four of these tables across the gantry. The operator will slide them to the desired position and place the grille with the operator handle.
Once all the grilles have been placed and rolled in the X direction the sash will be rotated 90 degrees so the grilles can be place the in the Y direction. This process can be accomplished to the one side at a time or both sides at once so the handling of the part will be much less.
