The Erdman® Bead Roll Station is a semi-automated machine ergonomically designed with your comfort in mind! As with all Erdman® equipment, the bead roll station is built to your specifications to fit your exact application. The product is conveyed in and clamped in place while a roller is pneumatically actuated down to press in your material in a speedy precise fashion. The product is then unclamped and ready to move to the next work station. This machine is available in easel or horizontal styles. It can work with weather stripping, cladding, gaskets and more!
